My grandmother has been needing a DVD player for a while now, problem is all the older ones are so bulky they don’t fit on her small cabinet. The price was exceptionally good for what I got, even its ‘good’ quality set up is beyond substantial. Right out the box it was an easy set up. Plug in the cord, 3 colored ends into the tv and the player, and popping 2 batteries into the remote. It’s lightweight, easy to clean, and comes with an optional warranty for up to 2 years.
My biggest issue with older models is that all the buttons on them often confused my grandmother, she could never get her DVDs working alone. This one had exactly 4 buttons and the remote makes it so my grandmother really doesn’t even have to leave her couch, just bend a little to pop on the next disk. She LOVES it. Grandmother approved!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this after moving to into a house with no cable or Internet hookups. honestly didn't expect much because it was inexpensive, but it's a fantastic little machine. the picture quality is great we've had no troubles with it it's easy to use, low profile doesn't take up a lot of room. we were thinking of buying something more expensive down the road but now I don't think we'll bother because this is a great little machine!
