I bought this from a roses and boy is this the cheapest DVD I have ever bought. It dont turn off on its own. If you turn it off when in the middle of the movie it dont save where it was. The fast forward and reverse buttons are on the bottom while the play and stop are well above it. I mean who separates them buttons. Seems like the controller has WAY to many buttons that dont do anything plus the buttons and wording is so small you cant even see what they do. Plus you hit more then one button at a time because they are so small and close. The buttons on the DVD player itself are black like the box so you cant even see the buttons unless you stick your face right up to it. Them should have been white duh! I mean black on black! I sick of these companies getting stuff built by the lowest bidder. The people making it gets the job the people selling it gets the profits while us consumers get it in the rear. Stay away rorm these cheap machines.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awful product

Bought this DVD player for my daughter's room, the price was good. Well, the saying is true, you get what you pay for. This product is terrible! Won't play any DVD that has the tiniest scratch, and even the dvds it does play they skip or freeze half way through. Not worth your money.

I bought this DVD player and hooked it up using the HDMI cable and no matter what I tried could not get sound through my sound bar. Connected the RCA cables directly to the sound bar and Voila! Now it works perfectly. Beautiful picture and sounds great.
I would recommend this to a friend!
