Works Good for the Price!

I bought this a few months ago and have been happy with it since then. It wasn't overly expensive and I wanted a smaller player to make some more room on my shelf. It does make a fair amount of noise while its playing which is annoying though. Also, I wanted a player that would also play CD's, which it does as well. I don't like how the light stays on all the time when its plugged in though. But, I've gotten used to it at night. The player is in my bedroom that is why it kind of bothers me. All around it is a good player and has done what I want it to do most of the time.

Bought it to replace a CD player

I only used it a few times. So far it works well enough. Now I know why the CD capabilities are only briefly mentioned. I incorrectly assumed that a 1080p DVD player with features like upconversion would also play mp3 CDs. It doesn't - only audio CDs. But it does play rewritable CDs (CD-RW).

Easy to setup, like the legacy support including S-Video. Good navigation and plays my DVD-R disks.
