[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far,so good! MAYBE 5 stars, if it lasts. Only wish it could entirely eliminate the need for a razor.
I bought this product to cut my husbands hair. I have only had a chance to use it once. Performs nicely!
I like the quality of the product itself, it has a nice running motor and product seems better quality then the ones I've used in past.
I had difficulty at first changing out cutting guards, and accidentally removed the whole top of motorcassembly, which I was able to get back on. I quickly learned how to remove attachments without doing this again.
Haven't had the product long enough but I hope it lasts longer then my last one.
Pros: nice solid trimmer and hair cutter., good quality motor
Cons: not enough different lengths cutting guards for ha, no instructions came with product, wish it was wider

Trims fast with little effort. Even and level trim

It trims so much faster and easier than their competitors more expensive model. One or two passes and the beard is looking perfect. Really needs a 2mm guard though. It comes with 1mm & 3mm and above. I think the two is what I need the most
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like the Multigroom 3000. All the different attachments are great. Small size and no cord are fantastic. The clipper has plenty of power to cut through a thick beard or even do a haircut without clipper bogging down. Nose trimmer is best I have used. I would have given it 5 stars except for one thing left out, it has no charge light. The Multigroom 3000 is first rechargeable I have used that doesn't have a light to let you know when to charge it and when it is fully charged. You have to wait until it no longer runs to know it needs charging, and no way to tell it is fully charged except waiting 8 hours as stated in instruction manual.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We were happy until it turned on by itself one day & would not turn off until it ran out of charge. Never would charge or work again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there, thank you for reaching out to us. It's unfortunate to hear that your Multigroom stopped working, We would like to assist you with this issue. Feel free to get in touch with us via social media. We're available 24/7 on Twitter(@PhilipsCare) and Facebook. One of our colleagues will try their best to help you.
I've had a few of these of the years but this one is near the top. It is so smooth and exceptionally sharp. The attachments go off and on much easier than my last few models. It does feel very light with this lithium battery. All around wonderful. I hope to use this one for years!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Needs more beard guard options

Generally the device works fine. What's missing, though, is a 2mm beard guard. The stubble guard cuts the beard too short and the 3mm leaves it too long. I'd buy a 2mm guard if it was available, but until then, this model is not a good solution for me, and I wish I'd purchased a fully adjustable version.
Pros: quiet
Cons: need a 2mm blade guard

I bought this Norelco Multigroom 3000 to replace another trimmer that finally stopped working after ten years. One suggestion: Instead of having seven (7) different plastic hair & beard guards, why not just have ONE ADJUSTABLE guard like other trimmers have! (It would make the trimmer easier to use and to store.)
