The product is the worst, switch problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Figuring out how to switch the heads was easier once I understood the directions, but they don’t recommend submerging the heads in water to clean them, so, I’m skeptical they’ll ever be as clean as they could be with a good hot rinse; I do; however, use a multifunctional lubricating - sanitizing Oster brand spray product.
The shaving head gives me a relatively close trim on my head, but it could have provided a closer shave, but then, it painfully lacerated, broke and bled my armpit skin, because the skin easily catches between the blades, so, if you like sharp, burning armpit pain - this product is for you.
The nose hair trimmer was slightly more difficult to use than I had expected, but it eventually got the job done.
I don’t use the beard-grooming head, nor spacer-clips.
I would recommend this product for anyone who doesn’t mind pain with their armpit shave, and who doesn’t need the closest head-shave, and is also willing to take more time to shave, since the head width is so narrow.

Faulty on and off switch

I had the trimmer for 3 months used it three times. I charged it then couldn’t get it to come on. I finally got it to start to come on when I moved the on switch but I had to find the sweet spot in between on and off. I tried again today and get it to do anything.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This thing cuts well, yet dies out after 5 minutes of use on a full charge. Every. Single. Time. Ridiculous.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sense I've had this product i have not had any issues with it. i like that this product has all the different changeable heads to do any/all hair that needs to be done, but i dont like that it takes 10 hours to charge. I recommend this product to anybody trying to save money on haircuts.
