Good product but unable to get extended warranty

Purchased the product before couple of months and quality is good compared to price and useful for removal of ear and nose hairs plus cutting side hairs on my head. Unfortunately there is a couple with barcode that says get 1yr extra warranty by scanning the QR code which opens phillips page but no option to get extra warranty if you are already a user with phillips site! Hope these things might improve.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had a couple of self contained adjusting trimmers that ended up breaking. So I decided on a trimmer with separate attachments and while I don't love having to switch them so far I am pleased. The blades on this device are great and don't require oil which is great. We'll have to see how long they stay sharp. I have had the trimmer for at least 2 months and have yet to have to charge it. I use it about twice per week. It's easy to clean and has a nice variety of attachment.
