[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My sense is either Lithium battery is poor quality, or the on/off switch has malfunctioned. Chat with a rep & she suggested recharging the MG3750/60 again for at least 8 hours & try again. Didn't work. I am still trying to get it replaced since it has 2-year warranty. First bad experience with a Philips Norelco product. Hope this doesn't become a trend.

Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We're sorry to hear that your Philips Multigroom stopped working. Please follow these troubleshooting steps to see if the issue is resolved. Try unplugging your groomer from the main power supply and then switching it on again, as using an electric device with water can be very dangerous. Therefore, for your own safety, Philips waterproof or showerproof groomers only work when they are unplugged. Clean your groomer to maintain its proper functioning, as hair or debris can accumulate and negatively affect performance. Check whether the device is washable or only suitable for dry cleaning before proceeding with cleaning. Oil your groomer by applying a few drops of oil on the teeth of the cutting element of your groomer. You can use the oil provided in the packaging or any other sewing machine oil.
If the issue still persists, please get in touch via social media. We’re available on Facebook (@Philips) and Twitter (@PhilipsCare). Don’t worry if you don’t use social media, you can also reach out to us via the contact page: www.Philips.com/contact.
