Good product at a fair price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product basically for beard trimming. At 81 years of age I have my first beard. The tool works for beard trimming. Also the nose trimmer is a great feature.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We're sorry to hear that the ear and nose trimmer don't appear to be working the way you'd expect. Perhaps it could be that these haven't been oiled. We recommend oiling the blades of your groomer and attachments regularly. A drop of oil on the teeth of the cutting blade is sufficient. You can use the oil provided in the packaging or any other sewing machine oil. Other than than we also recommend cleaning both the device and the blades from any residual hairs regularly.
