Backward Guards

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited about purchasing this one and another one for my daughter. We kept noticing nicks and hair being pulled. My husband went to use one if them and told us that the guards that came with them are backwards and that's why the hair levels were wrong along with the irritation and nicks.
