I was able to use it twice and has stopped working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It seemed to work well and I enjoyed using it, but it has stopped working after 2 uses. I have charged it and it is still dead. I normally get a lot out of philips products, but this one was a dud.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thanks for your review regarding the Philips Norelco Multigroom 3000.
We are sorry to hear that the performance has declined after just two uses, let's see how we can help you with this! It takes approximately 8 hours to fully charge the appliance, have you allowed the Multigroomer be charged for this amount of time? Once charged, please note that If you have very thick or long hair on your head and/or beard your Philips Multigroomer will require more effort to trim or cut them. In this case, the groomer’s battery may run out quicker than usual. Make sure also that the Multigroomer is free from hair or debris as this can interfere with the performance. To clean your device, simply take off the attachments and cutter and clean the area underneath it with water. Do not use soapy water or any cleaning detergents, as this can remove the protective grease on the cutter and effect its performance also. Next, wash and dry the attachments separately before reattaching them to the groomer. We hope your Multigroomer will now work well again for you!

Great battery grooming trimmer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charges quick and hold charge for a long time, trimming heads changes easily, love the small head trimmer for my mustache never cuts my lip like my other trimmer, large head makes trimming my beard and thinning it quickly and it's very quiet.
