I did not give it an excellent rating because my first one stopped working, and I hope that this one lasts me for more than one year. My previous experience with other Philips Norelco products has been superior.

I have tried several different trimmers and this o e is fair better in quality than any of the others. I liked it so much I bought a second one for travel
