Not as good as older models

This razor didn’t come with a stand so it is just in a drawer. I use it to trim my mustache and it has cut me several times. I have been a norelco user for 40 years and my regular shaver and this trimmer have both been disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use, works great!

I had been afraid to go with a smaller trimmer, but, after years of delay I took the plunge! Even though its small, it cuts so much better than my old barber shop style trimmer anytime I trim it goes very fast, cuts everything (so no need to make 50 passes) and is very precise. No looking back, no regrets!

I haven't tried all the attachments yet, just the beard and mustache trimmer and nose and ear hair trimmer. They work easier and smoother than any of the others I have bought and used. I have had an electric Norelco shaver for years and it is just as sharp as ever. I'm 95.

There should probably be a plastic guard size between 1mm and 3mm. Other than that, it’s a great product

Stopped working after one month

Used product 6 to 7 times. Stopped working even though fully charged. No charging indicator. Request refund/replacement. Don't buy this product!

We recommend oiling your groomer regularly. You can apply a few drops of oil on the teeth of the cutting element of your groomer. You can use the oil provided in the packaging or any other sewing machine oil. The groomer might also stop working if it's used while connected to a power outlet. Try unplugging your groomer from the main power supply and then switch it on again.
