Biting skin

The trimmer without length guards is giving terrible skin cuts no matter how careful I'm with it. I have used other Philips trimmers and all of them have been really soft and comfortable but this model has really disappointed me and give me very bad painful cuts
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product is terrible!!! Don’t buy this!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While using this product after receiving it, it quit working!!!! I knew the way it just shutdown that something was wrong. Tried to recharge it and it still wouldn’t work. I believe the motor messed up , judging by the way it quit working. Running full speed and just coasted to a complete stop. Like you’d turned the power off

Not worth the money because it doesn't last.

Regrettably this model didn't last a couple weeks before it sporadically would turn on and off before ultimately failing completely. This product is garbage and don't waste a penny on it is my advice.

Kindly make sure that the device has been fully charged for 8 hours with no interruptions and then try again. If the issue persists, check that there is no hair or debris blocking the device from working correctly by washing the trimmer. To clean this device, you can take off the attachments and cutter and clean the area underneath it with water. Make sure not to use soapy water or any cleaning detergents, as this can remove the protective grease on the cutter and effect its performance. Next, wash and dry the attachments separately before reattaching them to the groomer. We hope these tips help!

Piece of crap

Piece of crap my last 2 trimmers have gone to crap. 1st one come on during the middle of day couldn't turn it off and would not take a charge after the battery was drained. Bought another 2 months ago and last nite around 130 my newest one came on and again I couldn't turn it off. With battery drained I tried charging it again and guess what big surprise it won't take charge either. One every so often can be just a glitch but 2 trimmers in 4 months time your products are turning to crap. Sorry but I will never buy another piece of junk that y'all produce!!
