Could use a bigger and better made bag for all parts. Could also use a light on the unit to tell the user when it’s charged and when it needs to be charged.

Has provided superior performance. Undoubtedly one of the best purchase choices made this year. Ive long hair and am particular on maintaining its grooming. This products workmanship is durable, construction and design certainly provides for ease of use and, though never used one before - has provided me with fantastic grooming results. 1.The blade is sharp and gets the job done.
2. The design is not so good. Hair are getting stuck in places your finger or the provided cleaning brush can reach.
3. Its very tough to clean it.
4. Battery life is good.
5. The attachment for nose hair is fairly average as it pulls the hair with its circular motion and it hurts sometimes.
6. There is no visual indication of the battery being charged or fully charged.

I grew a mustache goatee recently and got a recommendation from my brother about the 3000. It's a great product. I can trim up perfectly in seconds a day. And it seems to hold a charge for weeks. Very easy to use. I love it!
