Machine started and wouldn't stop spinning

So here's the story wanted to cut my beard machine was out of battery. I plugged it while i was in the living room The shaver started working by itself. No matter what i did it wouldn't stop when I would press on the power button the speed would only decrease by a bit but not stop. I had to pry open the shaver while it was spinning and cut the circuit to stop the spinning very disappointed it could have been disastrous.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was very pleased that the accessories included combs for both beards and the other areas of my head. I think my wife and I were more successful than Mr. Anderson's attempt to trim his hair.

I did not expect to be impressed. After more than a month and 3 full head & beard trims the device is still running on the first battery charge. It cuts well and uniformly and is not pulling hairs. Good job!

Starting growing my first beard and moustache on March 18 due to Coronavirus confinement. By mid April, I purchased this trimmer to help me define the shape and thickness of the beard. I’m happy with the trimmer and would recommend it. I even gave myself two haircuts with it so far

Great while it lasted. After less than 2 years of use, it does not turn on. Seems like other people have had the same issue
