Hi there,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We recommend that you check the electrical socket where you plugged in your charger to ensure that it is operational. You can also try plugging in another device to ensure that the power outlet is operational. Make sure you're using the original Philips charger and charging cable or USB cable that came with your groomer. If you are attempting to charge your Philips Groomer on a charging stand, ensure that it is correctly placed on the stand and that the stand is plugged in. We would like to assist you further on this.

I was happy to purchase the product due to my need and was very disappointed that it is malfunctioning...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned many different types of hair clippers. This is the first one to draw blood. I felt a sharp prick while trimming my moustache. Looked in the mirror and saw blood. The nose hair clipper it's okay but does not work as well as the one I replaced. I got this clipper because it is rechargeable my previous clipper requires batteries. Guess I'll have to stock up on batteries.

Hi there,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. This is not the experience we want you to have with our Philips Trimmer. We would like to inform you that removing excess bulk is not recommended due to hair growth. Repeat with shorter trim settings until you're satisfied with the length.Trim a vertical strip below this line horizontally just above your Adam's Apple for the ideal beard neckline. Work outward from your chinbone to one side, then return to the center and work your way to the other side. To achieve a more sophisticated, crisper look, place a straight or slightly rounded line at the bottom of your sideburns. Holding the cutting element parallel to the skin and moving it upwards or downwards with gentle pressure can shape your cheekline. To make your mustache stand out more, trim it to the same length as your beard or leave it slightly longer.
We hope this makes your experience better. If not, please reach out to us via social media. We’re available on Facebook (@Philips) and Twitter (@PhilipsCare). Don’t worry, if you don’t use Social Media, you can also reach out to us via the contact page: www.Philips.com/contact.
It is really worth the price you pay for. I bought this as a mustache groomer. It really does a great job. I bought 3 items before this but none of them work but if they do, they either hurt or because of vibrations, I was not able to both for the noise and ears.
Pros: very good.
Cons: none.

The stubble guard shaved down to next to nothing, but there is no 2mm guide. Either too short or too long.
Excellent product producing fine results for the price

It took some time to become familiar with each of the attachments and what they produced. Thankfully, hair regrows. This personal hair groomer does a nice job. I use it primarily for my beard, cookie duster, and nostril/ear hairs.
Pros: battery power lasts a long time

I have used Norelco products for a very long time and have never had any problems. I’ll never use anything else since my last try of another shaver. Nothing works as well at any cost. I’m very confident that this product will have a long life.
