The on - off switch is not very ergonomic

Pros
Nice and Light to use
Had ample power for trimming.
The On - Off switch is not ergonomic or easy to turn off or on which is why i would not recommend this make and model to a friend

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used the product a few times and have been cut twice. The blade openings seem too large and will allow skin to be pulled in. After the first cut I was being careful and still managed to nick the edge of my lip. Horrible product. Sorry I bought it.

1. Make sure your skin is clean before using your Philips Groomer.
2. Always make sure your groomer is in full contact with your skin.
3. Apply gentle pressure and move the groomer slowly over your skin.
4. Pre-trim long or hard to shave hair.
5. Allow some adjustment time period and give your skin some time to recover in between grooming sessions.

had clipper & battery/charger issues..
Wouldn't hold a charge then wouldn't charge at all. Just stopped working all together.
I would've Returned it if I had kept the receipt.

You can also try plugging in another device to ensure that the power outlet is operational. Make sure you're using the original Philips charger and charging cable or USB cable that came with your groomer. If you are attempting to charge your Philips Groomer on a charging stand, ensure that it is correctly placed on the stand and that the stand is plugged in. Hair caused it to jam a couple of times.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned many different types of hair clippers. This is the first one to draw blood. I felt a sharp prick while trimming my moustache. Looked in the mirror and saw blood.
The nose hair clipper it's okay but does not work as well as the one I replaced. I got this clipper because it is rechargeable my previous clipper requires batteries. Guess I'll have to stock up on batteries.

We would like to inform you that removing excess bulk is not recommended due to hair growth. Repeat with shorter trim settings until you're satisfied with the length.Trim a vertical strip below this line horizontally just above your Adam's Apple for the ideal beard neckline. Work outward from your chinbone to one side, then return to the center and work your way to the other side. To achieve a more sophisticated, crisper look, place a straight or slightly rounded line at the bottom of your sideburns. Holding the cutting element parallel to the skin and moving it upwards or downwards with gentle pressure can shape your cheekline.To make your mustache stand out more, trim it to the same length as your beard or leave it slightly longer.
