No battery indicator

There is no light or indicator letting you know the device is charging or is fully charged. There is no way of knowing the battery state of charge.

Product does not last

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the multigroom in December of 2021 and now a month later the machine has a mind of its own. It won’t turn off. The power button must be made with cheap plastic. Horrible product. Stay away

Your groomer requires regular cleaning to function properly, as hair or debris can get stuck in the device and affect its performance. Could you clean your Multigroomer as explained below and then test :
1 Switch off the product and disconnect it from the wall outlet.
2 Wipe the handle of the product with a dry cloth.
3 Remove any guard or attachment from the product.
4 Blow out any hair that has accumulated in the hair chamber.
5 Blow out any hair that has accumulated in the attachments and/or guards.
6 Clean the attachments and the guards under a lukewarm tap after every use.
7 Carefully shake off excess water and let all parts dry completely.
Make sure not to dry the trimmer teeth with a towel or tissue, as this may damage the trimmer teeth.

Poor quality manufacturing.

On-Off switch very difficult to operate- doesn’t slide, had to be forced by putting a thumbnail under it. Tried to swap out at the store, but the 2nd one was just as bad (but in opposite direction). Got a refund. Philips Norelco shavers have gone downhill over the years. But extremely disappointed today.

Short life-span

I bought this product in early April and it died on me before the end of May. I got home from vacation, plugged it in to trim my vacation beard, and nothing. It was a dead stick. Congrats. You've lost a customer. I'll never by a personal grooming product of yours again.
Cons: six-week life span

Fine hairs under my neck come back

The reason for me getting this Phillips shaver was because it included a nose trimmer which works wells for any stray hairs that pop up. As for trimming the fine hairs under my neck and along my jawline, upper lip the hairs grow back faster. I don't get a lot of facial hair where I have to place a razor to my face, but I want my face hair free. Thought I saw a Phillips shaver with contours that shave away fine hairs there moveable.
