Works fine if you enjoy getting sliced up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Norlco to trim and upkeep my fledgling beard. It works fine when the guards are attached, but if you ever straight up use the steel trimmer (to even out sideburns or neck lines) get ready to get sliced up. Even after watching the "how to" videos, I ended up with a series of little papercut-like scars everywhere. I'll still use my electric razor, but won't use it without a guard.
This device is really for trimming beards and facial hair. The clipper guards are way too small to trim the hair from the head efficiently. I purchased do to the name. I felt multigroom meant you had blades for head and facial hair. If you want to trim the hair from your head get something else

Bought two time same bad experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i bought Phillips products since I remember and because it was a good brand One of my Dad’s favorite but Unfortunately there is not same quality than before, i got this Multigroom the got broken very fast. Thinking it was my fault but it a gain and what happened? Same exactly problem!! Got broken same way the other!

Didn't last very long

Stopped working 2 weeks after buying.

I bought this trimmer less than 3 weeks ago. The third time I go to use it the power button stops working. I finally got it to turn on but once I went to change guards it would not turn back on. I tried for 30 minutes and even looked on YouTube but nothing worked.

We would like to inform you that check the electric socket where you plugged in your charger to see if it is operational. You could also plug in a different device to ensure that the power outlet is operational. Make sure you always use the charger that came with your groomer. It's also worth examining whether the shape of the charging plug permits it to fit into the device completely. Don't press it in, as it could cause harm to the device. If you want to charge your Philips Groomer on a charging stand, make sure you put it on it correctly and the stand is plugged in. In your user manual, you can find detailed instructions on how to do this. Your Philips Trimmer or Hair Clipper may be fully charged but not turning on or performing well because hair or debris is stuck inside it. Your groomer needs to be cleaned on a regular basis to function properly.
