Didn't last very long

Stopped working 2 weeks after buying.

I bought this trimmer less than 3 weeks ago. The third time I go to use it the power button stops working. I finally got it to turn on but once I went to change guards it would not turn back on. I tried for 30 minutes and even looked on YouTube but nothing worked.

We would like to inform you that check the electric socket where you plugged in your charger to see if it is operational. You could also plug in a different device to ensure that the power outlet is operational. Make sure you always use the charger that came with your groomer. It's also worth examining whether the shape of the charging plug permits it to fit into the device completely. Don't press it in, as it could cause harm to the device. If you want to charge your Philips Groomer on a charging stand, make sure you put it on it correctly and the stand is plugged in. In your user manual, you can find detailed instructions on how to do this. Your Philips Trimmer or Hair Clipper may be fully charged but not turning on or performing well because hair or debris is stuck inside it. Your groomer needs to be cleaned on a regular basis to function properly.

This product will cut you...

Used the product twice and have been cut twice. The blade openings seem too large and will allow skin to be pulled in. After the first cut I was being careful and still managed to nick the edge of my lip. Horrible product... does work nice with the guards however.

Battery gives up after a few months
