[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the product for two months, it's great but it's also very sharp. When I used it to cut off my beard to zero level the shaver caused me some wounds it has a very sharp removing mechanism which is not safe in my opinion but it's good and I hope there are more variation in the shaving lengths used to vut off hair.

Please follow these troubleshooting steps in the given order and check in between steps to see if the issue is resolved. Try unplugging your groomer from the main power supply and then switching it on again. Your groomer requires regular cleaning to function properly. Hair or debris can get stuck in the device and affect its performance. We recommend oiling your groomer regularly. You can apply a few drops of oil to the teeth of the cutting element of your groomer.
It is possible that the battery of your Philips Groomer has run out. We advise you to fully charge your groomer and then try turning it on again. I think this is a great addition to your daily practices.. makes brushing easy to do and is very user friendly.
The only downside I can say is that the brush heads are way too expensive for what they are and this might prevent me from using this product in the future after my current heads are expired.
