[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will appreciate if I can have big discounts or any gift cards from philips for my future purchases.
It was pulling hairs not cutting or trimming them.

Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out to us. This is not the experience we wish you to have. Please make sure that you wash and dry your beard before trimming. The best way to trim your beard is to start with the longest hair length and bring it down gradually. Set your groomer to its longest setting and trim your beard all over. Go against the direction of hair growth to remove excess bulk. Repeat using shorter trim settings until you’re happy with the length. If you have any additional questions, please get in touch via Social Media. We’re available on Facebook (@Philips) and Twitter (@PhilipsCare). Don’t worry, if you don’t use Social Media, you can also reach out to us via the contact page: www.Philips.com/contact.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a decent multigroom product. It certainly cuts and trims my hair nicely. However as a beard trimmer it isn't the best if you keep your beard short. I also don't recommend it for your neck if you are looking for a very close finish.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the product for two months, it's great but it's also very sharp. When I used it to cut off my beard to zero level the shaver caused me some wounds it has a very sharp removing mechanism which is not safe in my opinion but it's good and I hope there are more variation in the shaving lengths used to vut off hair.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 2nd one purchased. Just like the first, it stopped working after a month or so. I like how it works just not how it breaks down.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're sorry to hear that you're facing issues with your Philips Norelco Multigroom 3000. Please follow these troubleshooting steps in the given order and check in between steps to see if the issue is resolved. Try unplugging your groomer from the main power supply and then switching it on again. Your groomer requires regular cleaning to function properly. Hair or debris can get stuck in the device and affect its performance. We recommend oiling your groomer regularly. You can apply a few drops of oil to the teeth of the cutting element of your groomer. It is possible that the battery of your Philips Groomer has run out. We advise you to fully charge your groomer and then try turning it on again. If the issue still persists, please reach out to us via social media. We’re available on Facebook (@Philips) and Twitter (@PhilipsCare). Don’t worry, if you don’t use Social Media, you can also reach out to us via the contact page: www.Philips.com/contact. Hope to speak to you soon. Kind regards, Philips Consumer Care
