Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear about the experience with your Philips Electric Shaver. This is not the experience we wish you had. It might be quite unsafe to use electric equipment near water. Therefore, Philips waterproof or showerproof groomers only function when they are unplugged for your own protection. Remove your groomer's plug from the main power source and then turn it back on. For it to work correctly, your groomer needs to be cleaned frequently. The device's effectiveness may be impacted if hair or particles become lodged inside of it. Remove the cutter and attachments from these devices, then use water to clean the area underneath. Avoid using any cleaning agents or soapy water as this can remove the cutter's protective oil and affect its effectiveness. Before reinserting them into the groomer, wash and dry the attachments individually. We advise frequently lubricating your groomer. On the teeth of your groomer's cutting element, you can put a few drops of oil. There's a chance your Philips Groomer's battery is dead. We urge you to fully charge your groomer before attempting to turn it on once more. We hope this was helpful.
