My Philips Norelco Multigroom 3000 multipurpose trimmer Stop charging.
One telephone call, a person answered, not a machine, or kept on holing listening to music.
The person said we will send you a new one. In two day I got new one.
What better service can you expect!

Stopped working after using it for the first time

I bought this trimmer as a replacement of my Philips Norelco beard trimmer (series 7000). After using it the first time, it started malfunctioning as my previous series 7. It stays on (I understand that it is a trigger issue) and there is no way to turn off the trimmer. After the battery drained, I left it charging for over more than 24 hours, however, the trimmer is dead (not working).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product is garbage

I buy 6 or 7 multi grooming shavers a year, I'm so sick of them only working for 2 months then have to purchase again. Bought the multigroomer 3750 right away it had issues staying on. I thought maybe the charging plug or connection was bad or damaged....I just took it apart and the issue is the crap soldering job. One wire is broken off of the solder I tried fixing it but it is a lost cause. I will use scissors and never purchase another crappy grooming tool.

Good product needs longer cord

My last trimmer finally died.. Wanted to stay with Norelco so I bought this one. Seems good for the price and is working great in the short time I have had it. The beard attachments needs another guard between the 3mm and 1mm guard. 3 is to long for me but 1 is to short. My old trimmer had an adjustible guard to get a precise trim. The biggest issue I have with the trimmer package is the length of the charger cord. Way to short!! I have to set the trimmer on the edge of the counter to reach my socket. Needs to be another 6 to 12 inches longer for a reasonable length. The cord as is very minimal in function to its length.

confusing to use but gets the job done

there are two things that are negative about this product: 1) it does not include a foil-head, and 2) the item does not show when it is charging or low battery or full battery, there is absolutely no indication and this makes the item very difficult to use.
Pros: gets the job done, many different types of heads, firm and stable
Cons: cannot see when charged empty/full, no foil head included, button must be pressed harder over time to activat

Versatile personal grooming tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Philips is my go to brand for many of my home electronics so the decision to purchase this grooming tool was second nature. This trimmer comes with three hair guards (9,12, & 16mm), four beard guards (1,3,5,& 7mm), nose hair trimmer, and a precision trimmer. The trimmer is relatively quiet albeit with a little more vibration than I prefer. The instructions boast a 60 minute run time from a full charge so I should not have to recharge the trimmer for quite some time.
The box made mention the the trimmer had self sharpening blades but I didn’t find that mentioned in the instructions. Nevertheless, the unit did not come with any lubricant. I guess we will see haw the blades perform over time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought three of these trimmers, including one for my son. They are very versatile, but only last about 2 years. The charging cable is specific to this device, and not a common USB cable. That could be considered a pro or a con. I like the many attachments and the quality of the Philips brand name. I recommend this unit, which should be cleaned after each use.

Lasted less than 6 months

I purchased this product for my husband for Christmas. He was very happy with the design, ease of use, and number of attachments. He used it 2-3 times per week to keep his beard trimmed and to keep that sharp edge every man wants. Unfortunately, 2 nights ago it stopped working mid trim. My husband is very meticulous about his grooming tools and even tho this model is one of your cheaper models it was cleaned and charged after each use. We have tried charging it and still nothing. He has been a Phillips/Norelco customer for years and will continue to be I'm sure but we are very disappointed with this product.
