Holding his own bottle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Within the first few seconds of using this bottle I was in love. My 7 month old instantly grabbed the bottle on his own and was able to hold it. This was a first! He has been trying to hold other bottles, but has always lost his grip pretty quick. The hourglass like ergonomic design made it so simple for him to hold. This bottle's simple design makes it super easy to clean. It does not have a million anti colic parts that need to be disassembled to scrub every nook and cranny.
The only down side I have found with this product is that my boy has a difficult time latching on to it. This is not a problem that most will have, however. My son has a lip tie and cannot purse his lips like a fish to latch appropriately. Some nipples work better than others to help him latch, but unfortunately this one was a little difficult to him.

Sleek and Do Not Leak

Philips Avent bottles are great! They have not leaked during feedings, which has been awesome because milk is liquid gold these days and cannot be wasted! The grooves on the sides of the bottle make it easy for our baby to hold on her own. They are also super easy to clean and hold up extremely well in the dishwasher. One of our favorite things about these bottles is that they have helped with our colic baby and her gas! The nipple’s responsive tip provides the perfect amount of milk each time which was a struggle for us in the beginning. We are very pleased with these bottles and nipples. Highly recommended!

Great bottle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design of this bottle is practical and chic. This is the first bottle i used for my little one besides the medela ones. I received this baby bottle from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. The size 2 and 3 nipples are still a little overwhelming for my baby and 3.5 months but the bottle is fully loved my mom! Super easy to hold, assemble and clean. Made my job so much easier! Highly recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to test out this bottle set and nipples as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. My initial impression was the bottles were visually attractive and easy to sanitize. from the moment I opened the box, I was able to fill the bottle with formula and feed my baby with ease. My baby loved the shape of the bottle to hold and liked the medium steady flow of the nipple. There was no dipping down her chin while drinking as with other bottle/nipple brands. Also, my baby did not need to spend much time afterwards burning because the bottle prevented air being sucked while feeding. I would recommend this product to any mama whose baby has developed the hang of bottle feeding. My baby enjoyed her feeding experience and the bottle and nipple were very easy to clean.

Phillips Avent Bottle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Philips Avent Natural Baby Bottle With Natural Response Nipple through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. This bottle has a great shape that my 11 month old finds easy to hold. It breaks down to just three pieces, which makes it simple to clean. My son is able to easily control the flow of milk with the natural response nipple, and my favorite feature: it does not leak like some of the other bottles/nipples we have used in the past! Overall great bottle!

Great bottles

The wide shape and responsive tip worked great for us. My baby was able to control the flow during feeding and did great. I think this shape and flow works good for us and a different shape and flow isn’t needed. The bottles were easy to clean and assemble and we loved the shape.

Great bottle for a breastfed baby

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this baby bottle to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.
I’m currently breastfeeding my second child (9 months). I have been using the older-style Avent bottles that I still have left from when my older son was a baby. My son only takes bottles while I’m working (about 15 bottles/week) and he’s been able to effortlessly go between being directly breastfed and taking these bottles since we started him on them at approximately 3.5 months. Since he only uses them while I’m working, they are constantly being packed to go between home and daycare and we’ve never had an issue with leaking. My son was also able to seamlessly transition from the older-style nipple (I had them left from my older one) to the new style with no issues. My only complaint is the nipple flow rate number doesn’t equate to the old style so you need to convert correctly (which I didn’t at first and gave him way too slow a flow rate) - for example an old “natural nipple” 2 is a new “natural response nipple” 4 (https://www.usa.philips.com/c-f/XC000020708/how-to-best-switch-from-the-previous-natural-nipple-to-the-new-natural-response-nipple). Once I got that right, he had no issues with the new nipple style.
For the bottle itself, the measurement markers are clear and the wide neck makes them easy to fill and clean. I like that the bottoms/nipples/rings are interchangeable with the older ones since I have a mix. While I switched pumps this time around to a wearable one, with my older son I also loved that they attached directly to the flanges of my pump leaving me one less thing to clean. Aesthetically, I like the new gray printing better than the older blue style, but the aesthetics of a baby bottle really don't matter much to me.

A must have for combo feeding

I received the Phillips Advent Natural bottles to use for my daughter and she loved them! She took to them immediately. What I love about them is that they mimic the breast and since she is breastfeed it makes bottle feeding easy. It's nice that she can control the pace of the milk. They are also extremely easy to clean since there aren't any extra parts. I'm excited for her to continue using these!
