Solid design and easy to clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have tried several different bottles with my newborn and I think this one is the most "breast-like." The bottle is easy to hold and clean; it was also easy to assemble the nipple into the collar and be sure it wouldn't leak. The wide shape of the nipple worked well with my baby and she latched to it easily and was able to control the pace of the milk flow. The only negative feedback I have, and the reason I gave this 4 stars, is for the way the number of ounces is displayed on the side of the bottle (photo attached). I personally found it hard to take a quick glance and know how much my little one had drank because of all the different lines.
Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing this product!

Great mess free baby bottle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finding the right bottle for your little one can be complicated and expensive. Recently, I got the opportunity to test out the Philips Avent Natural Baby Bottle (9oz) With Natural Response Nipple as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. The first thing I noticed that I liked was that it had fewer pieces than some of my other bottles which along with the wider neck made it easier to clean and pack for going out. You don’t need to worry about grabbing all the little pieces and possibly forgetting something. The bottle and nipple have a wide shape which worked very well for my 4-month-old who has had some issues latching, she took right to this bottle without any problems. She is too small to hold the bottle herself now however I can see the shape being easy to hold for her in the future as it rested well in my hand. I was also happy to see it fits nicely in our diaper bag. The only disadvantage I found to this bottle is that when dining out and asking for a hot mug of water to warm the milk the bottle didn’t always fit in the cup provided. My absolute favorite thing about bottle was that it doesn’t leak, I’ve had so many different leaky bottles and it just makes a mess everywhere. Whether traveling, shaking and mixing formula or my little one knocking it out of my hand not once did it spill or leak. Another thing I liked about the Philips Avent Natural Baby Bottle is the easy-to-read measurements, it has both milliliters and ounces printed on the side clearly, taking the guesswork out of measuring.

Natural baby bottle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This baby bottle worked really nicely for my 2 month old daughter. We don’t quite need the 9oz capacity yet but it will be nice to have this as she starts drinking more. The bottle is easy to assemble and clean. The nipple can easily be switched to a different flow (sold separately). We started with flow 2 for her and felt it was a little slow. The no drip tip was very nice as sometimes my daughter chokes on milk with other bottles. The no drip tip allowed her to swallow and breathe without a constant flow of milk. The ergonomic shape of the bottle was nice and works nicely for adults to hold or babies to hold when able. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this baby bottle.

Fantastic for breastfed babies

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Phillips Avent 9 ounce bottle works great for my three month old preemie who has struggled to use bottles after my wife went back to work. This bottle was the first one we tried where she did not struggle with excess fluid leaking into her mouth when she wasn’t ready because the no drip tip truly does work! The bottle is easy to clean with a standard bottle brush as there aren’t any extra ridges or places for residue to build up and no extra little pieces to wash, while it’s still provides anticolic venting. The nipple itself is velvety to the touch and the shape mimics the breast, making it very easy for our breast-fed baby to take bottles during the day and switch back to nursing once my wife comes home. The wide nipple helps baby get a good latch, but it is not so long that it gags her as some bottles we have tried have done. I would have to say that this is the best bottle for babies who struggle with feeding and who are primarily breast-fed to get what they need while mom is away. The 9 ounce bottle size is large and easy to hold, even if you’re not up to 9 ounce feeds yet. Overall, I have to say this is the best bottle we’ve tried, and I highly recommend it. Thank you stellar product testing panel for the opportunity to try this awesome bottle!

A bottle my baby finally liked

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this baby bottle to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. We used this bottle with our 4 month old baby, who we are starting bottles with (in addition to breastfeeding). After trying 2 other brands, this is the one she liked the best! This bottle comes with a top, level “3” nipple (for 1 month+), and a 9 oz bottle.
Pros: -Wide nipple worked better than narrower nipples we tried -Very easy to assemble/disassemble/clean (we used the dishwasher!) -The nipple has a “softness” to it; doesn’t feel so rubbery -Worked well for combining breastfeeding and bottle feeding -Has a sleek, simple look to it
Cons: -9 oz bottle is too big for us. We are planning to get the smaller size, since our baby only takes 4-5 oz at a time.
This is a great bottle for our bottle-picky baby. We’re glad we came across it! We highly recommend for anyone who is trying to combine breastfeeding and bottle feeding.

Good flow but oversized bottle for newborn

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been breastfeeding my two-month old, but have been introducing bottles so that her father and siblings as well as grandparents could have a chance to feed her. Over the last four weeks, I have tried several bottles and nipples. I received the Philips Avent Natural Baby Bottle With Natural Response Nipple from the Stellar Product Testing Panel.
My newborn was born in mid-September at 37 weeks and was under 6 pounds. Her intake usually ranges from 2-3 ounces at a feeding.
The Philips Avent Natural Baby Bottle with Natural Response Nipple is lightweight and plastic, which was nice for the younger siblings helping feed our newborn. Yet, due to its size, the 9 ounce capacity was not ideal for my newborn. It felt like wasted space.in heating the breastmilk and storage. I would have prefered a 4 ounce bottle at this age.
My newborn liked the Natural Response Nipple. The shape fit well in her mouth. She seemed to respond well to the pace. The nipple released a little more milk than smaller rated nipples, but this worked well for my two-month old. She also seemed less gassy so the flow did not allow too many air pockets.
Overall, for a larger newborn or older infant, this bottle would work well. The nipple would work for any newborn who wanted a slightly faster intake.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [I received this AVENT natural baby bottle set from the Stellar Product Testing Panel] I love how easy these bottles are to clean! They only have a few parts and they are wide enough that it is easy to put the bottle brushes in to clean. My baby doesn’t usually love bottles as she mainly nurses but these bottles she did well with. With the flow of the nipple she was able to pace herself! I didn’t experience any leaking. I recommend these bottles.

Philips Avent Bottle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Through Stellar Product Testing, I received a Phillips Avent natural baby bottle to test and give my honest opinion. I was excited to try this bottle because I have used Phillips Avent in the past but I have not used the Natural version and I was excited to try it out. The packaging is very attractive and has the basic necessary information in both English and Spanish. Reading the outside of the box, I was excited to learn that the Natural bottle has a no-drip nipple design, meaning no spilt milk. Also, the nipple has an anticolic valve, so less air gets in my baby’s tummy. Inside the box it comes with a small information booklet, the lid, nipple, ring, and bottle. I love how it’s just four pieces which means less to clean and with the bottle having a wider opening than some bottles the brush fits inside the bottle much easier than a skinny opening. The bottle is very easy to assemble and I did test the no-drip feature and it’s true. I held the bottle upside at different angles with no drips. My baby is three months old at the time of testing this new bottle. She is exclusively breast-fed and trying to get her to drink a bottle was not an easy task. I tried two different bottles and she wasn’t taking either one. I received the Phillips Avent natural baby bottle in the mail and after sterilizing it I gave it to her and had no issues. She took the bottle right away. I’m so impressed how quickly she took this bottle and now this is the only bottle I will use if I have to drop her off somewhere. Not once did she gag with the nipple pouring too much milk in her mouth. She controlled the flow of the milk. The bottle fits just right for all of my diaper bag’s bottle pouches. The indentation on the bottle fits perfectly in my hand and is very easy to hold. Even my baby likes to help ‘hold’ the bottle.
