Fantastic bottle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to Stellar product testing panel I think my daughter has a new favorite bottle. My daughter is exclusively breastfed with an occasional bottle. I was apprehensive at first vecause the bottles we were using previously had a much more narrow nipple however my daughter adjusted and took very well to these bottles and nipples. Unlike many other popular bottles, this bottle because it is only 3 parts to clean (bottle, nipple, and lid). I prefer this bottle over our previous ones as it's much easier to clean, my baby wasn't gassy or fussy, and she transitioned to this bottle easier that expected. The flow 4 nipples were a little too fast for her but she adjusted her pace and figured out what worked for her.

Works great and easy to clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our daughter has used Philips Avent bottles ever since she started using a bottle, and this natural bottle set works great for her now, at 7 months old. We usually breastfeed at home, but she uses a bottle at daycare and when my husband is parenting solo. He reports that she takes to these well and the no-drip nipple does a good job preventing spills or choking. I like that the shape and design of the bottle is simple and easy to clean...To be honest, our little one is pretty easy to please and has never had issues with excessive burping, gas, or spitups, and so far does not seem to care much about bottle shape or flow, so for us, the most important thing is that these are simple and easy to clean, and I also appreciate that we can easily find replacement bottles or nipples, even at our grocery store. I'd recommend this bottle set, especially if your priorities are the same as ours! Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for letting me try this out.

Easy to clean

It's a miracle. I personally like how easy the bottles and nipples are to clean and how the bottle doesn't constantly leak milk, because sometimes she gets choked up.

Great for some babies and moms

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Philips Avent Natural Baby Bottle With Natural Response Nipple to try from the Stellar Review Panel. The overall design of the bottle were very nice and sleek and comfortable to hold to feed our daughter through multiple feedings throughout the day. As much as I loved everything about the design, it just wasn’t for us. The only reason is that it does exactly what it is designed to do! It has a nice slow flow that mimics breastfeeding and makes the baby actively drink. Unfortunately I have an extremely fast flow when nursing, so much so that my infant struggles sometimes. But it meant that she got frustrated with the bottle and would give up before she finished.
However that being said I think it’s a great bottle and that it is nice to see a bottle that doesn’t just pour milk when you tilt it. I wish that it had worked out better because I think that it would have been good for our girls reflux, but she wasn’t having it. I do recommend this product for breastfeeding/combo feeding mothers if you know that you have a naturally slow flow, this bottle will be great for you.

A solid bottle

Our 7 month old is breastfed and this bottle works really well for him. He takes bottles at school and nurses at home with me. He can easily switch back and forth without issue. The design is nice, easy for Baby to drink from and for us both to hold. I really like it and recommend! I received the product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel!

Great bottle for breastfed babies

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am extremely picky when it comes to choosing bottles. I breastfeed my baby when he's home, but send him to daycare with bottles - so it's important to me that he is able to control the pace of his feeding and avoid feeding too quickly from a bottle. I was so happy when I tried the Philips Avent Natural Baby Bottle - it meets all of our needs! Baby boy is able to pace his feeding and it has not negatively impacted breastfeeding at all. The bottle also doesn't leak at all while he's feeding - which has not been the case with many other bottles we tried! I also love that there aren't countless parts to wash and clean, this bottle is simple to use and clean - it's definitely our go to now when packing his bag for daycare. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this baby bottle!

Not what I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited about the design of these because the company says they are made to be a more natural style of nipple. The design of the bottle top was very difficult to clean and remove as well. These nipples aren’t very easy to use for a baby who is used to breastfeeding and holding their mouth open wider. While the actual top is wide, the nipple is rather short and it was not easy for my baby to use because she had to purse her lips instead of opening them wide as she is used to. My baby wasn’t able to control the pace of feeding well because the mil was dripping out of the corners of her mouth. It was no different with changing the nipple flow. When it comes to the ergonomic shape of the bottle, that was easy to hold, but hard to clean with all of the crevices and such. I received these as a part of the Stellar Testing Panel.

Comfortable and convenient bottle with slow flow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When it came time to start bottles with my first child, I tried several bottles and she took Philips Avent bottles better than others. We happily used them until she weaned to cups. I just had my second child when I received this baby bottle from the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I was excited to try the new design. For context, we primarily breastfeed, with one bottle per day.
First, I love how easy this bottle is to clean. Standard brushes get it clean in no time and it also fits well in the dishwasher and sterilizer without lots of small parts to worry about. I’m a fan of the design of the bottle overall, it’s quite comfortable to hold when feeding. My baby readily took to the wide, tapered bottle nipple with no issues at all. The material is also a good texture, I had no issues with collapsing the nipple or having it bend. Unfortunately, my baby seemed to have a bit of trouble extracting milk from this nipple. He had to suck five or six times before swallowing and breathing. The bottle advertises no drip (which is true!) and my baby certainly didn’t gulp or choke with this nipple, but it took him a long time to finish the bottle. I plan to try a faster flow rate and maybe see if my baby gets the hang of it, because I really like these bottles overall.
