Pretty, sizing is bad

Its pretty, looks sleek. But the sizing is aweful. Im afraid its going to get stuck.

When picking out a size I saw that they run snug so I ordered one size up. I suggest anybody ordered two sizes up because this does not fit on the finger that I wanted, but overall I have enjoyed the ring. I’ve learned things about myself that I didn’t know when I sleep so overall, I think it’s a good ring.

I’ve only had the ring since November. Over the past 3 days I can’t wear it longer than an hour without it being completely dead. I have tried all the tricks according to the frequently asked questions. It’s extremely frustrating and upsetting.

So far I like it, but I don’t like how easily the gold scratches… I wore it for less than 12 hours and it has a ton of scratches on it… I also had it recording a workout and it didn’t calculate my calories or steps.

Consistently unpairs to my app. I always have to log into the app. I’m not notified with the ring will die. Overall, it’s a pain. I wish I could return it but it’s too late and I was hoping if I gave it time I would like it.

So far so good. I’ve had it on since Monday night. 100% charged, as of today, I am at a 74% charge.
I bought my first one on Amazon. I would have to charge it every other day. I think I got a used one. Because it came unsealed. I’m hoping this one coming straight from QALO will be good. Although, this ring also came unsealed. So I hope it was not a used one also. So, I’m keeping my hopes high!!
