Don’t bother

I would not recommend these rings at all. They last 3 months, if that. I have already had my original replaced, needed the replacement replaced, and now the 3rd ring isn’t holding longer than a 24 hour charge and I just received it 3 days ago. I wish I had heeded the reviews when I originally purchased.

I loved how lightweight it is, only thing is I needed a smaller size so I’m having to ship it back and get a smaller size. I haven’t looked at and tested any features yet, unboxed it to try it on and it was too big. Immediately went back in the box to exchange for smaller size.

Ring won’t charge

Ring won’t charge. Received the ring and tried to get it charge. Case will have its green light on but the rings green light will not turn on. Left the ring in the case for a day and the ring didn’t charge and won’t connect to the app.
