Love this but I don’t yet

I really want to love this. But it has not been connecting well to the app and I hate having it on my four finger so I definitely think I’m gonna change it for a different size, but I wanted to talk to somebody at customer service first because I really wanna make this work. I feel like it’s such a better option to some of the other ones that are out there so I’m hoping we can find a solution and figure out why it’s not connecting.

I love everything about it. However, I wore it for less than 24 hours and the gold has already scrapped off. I choose this over other brands because the no subscription fee and the thinner look but not impressed by the quality of the actual ring it’s self.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It’s kinda my fault for not getting the sizing kit. I normally wear the size I purchased but it was way too extremely small. Otherwise I suppose it would have been great. I ordered the kit and will exchange the ring so I’ll go from there. I hope it’s amazing!

I have only been wearing it a few days, but love all the data it provides. With no subscriptions!! That’s a plus. The one draw back for me is, I have such small hands the ring looks HUGE on my finger.

It says they are FSA/HSA approved but the payment will not accept the HSA visa card .. false advertising. Not cool
