I really like my ring. It looks good on my finger but more importantly it keeps all of my stats up to date in a convenient app.

Can't Wear It During Lifting Sessions

Because you can't wear the ring during heavy lift sessions (I already damaged one this year) and they surmised it was because I wore it during lifting sessions, it's basically only a sleep monitoring device.

I’m enjoying this so far! 2 requests if I may - 1) add wrestling, Jiu jitsu or grappling as an activity. 2) will there be an API in the roadmap so I can extend my QALO metric for personal use? I have my own tools where I would like to read my QALO metrics and append my overall health data.

Eh. Potential wasted

The ring has potential. Truly. If it would hold a charge and not randomly disconnect. I’ve had connection and charge issues since day one: losing more than 25% in a day, ring won’t connect so I lose all the data I thought I was collecting while wearing, etc. it’s also quite bulky on a woman’s finger (wide band). If I could go back I probably wouldn’t have purchased this.

I've had the smart ring a few days now and it is consistent in tracking all the stats: sleep, heart rate, steps, etc. It fits comfortably and it was so nice to have the sizing kit to determine size! The app is user friendly and I've really enjoyed the ring.
