Like the ring and the data being discovered. Though the ring is too small for the preferred finger. They run a size smaller than stated.

Obsessed!

Been wearing consistently for a month now and I am obsessed! Love all of the data it collects on the FREE app. I wear it on my pointer finger and it fits true to size. It has been so insightful to use for my cycle tracking especially around ovulation and preparing for my period to begin. Love being able to customize the look of it with the covers.

The size was perfect. I did the pre-size rings and it was exactly what I needed! The battery does not last but 3 days. And it’s not very detailed on your sleep. Like most apps that will tell you details on what hour you were asleep or in rem sleep. It doesn’t do that. Just gives you a score and a round about time frame you were sleeping. I like it tracks the cycle for woman.

Heart rate is extremely...

Heart rate is extremely inaccurate. I synchronized the ring to my Garmin watch both resting and exercising. The numbers aren’t close. I know Garmin is accurate as I’ve compared to sensors on exercise equipment. Can’t recommend the ring. Want a refund.

I was loving this ring initially but for some reason my case is not connecting properly with my ring and it won’t charge. I’ve reached out to support and haven’t heard back so my ring has died. Honestly might return because of this.
Outside of the charging issue I had two things I didn’t like 1) when I work nights the sleep tracking was off so not a great option for night workers. 2) I wasn’t able to edit my cycle dates, the ring had my cycle day 1 as a specific day but wouldn’t allow me to edit it to have it be the correct day.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wanting to change from my Smart Watch

I looked at a lot of different smart rings, after having a smart watch for 5 years. I am SO happy I chose the QALO QRNT. It's so slim, it feels like a regular ring! I love the features that it has, with NO subscription needed. I love the silicone covers that are included, they were really helpful with working out. I would recommend this to anyone.

Works great so far! But the case doesn’t charge unless it’s plugged into the wall so I’m not real happy about that part because I think I have a faulty charger
