This ring is too bright. It’s very uncomfortable to wear. It keeps me up at night when the lights come on. It also does not properly track my steps because it looses connection with my phone even when it’s n my pocket!

I have only been wearing this for a few days and the ring’s resin inner lining looks partially shattered. Other than that that, I really just needed the ring to track my sleep and stress for medical reasons.

It's really the app...

It's really the app that brings it all together. I have the original and the wife has the slim. Even though the ring is thinner, it's still noticeable as it gets caught on things. With that said, this thing is amazing! It has even confirmed, or rather, agreed with heart monitoring she has had done at the hospital.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My ring arrived promptly and in great shape! It works so well and is very comfortable. I'm glad I got the sizing kit first, because the size I would've chosen would have been too small. Everything works really great when it's working. I'm experiencing some battery charging issues but currently waiting for help from support on that. I'd still highly recommend based on who well this ring works and fits.

Highly disappointed

I ordered the QALO Smart Ring with high expectations, but unfortunately, it has been a complete disappointment. While the ring appears to be functioning (it lights up and acts like it’s tracking) none of the actual features work as intended.
It seems to sync to the app without issue, but nothing is ever recorded or tracked. At this point, it feels more like a decorative piece than a functional device.
To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I was really looking forward to using this product, but it simply does not deliver on its promises.

I’ve loved my previous QALO purchases, so I was excited to try the QRNT Slim Smart Ring—but unfortunately, it’s been a miss. The ring pairs with the app and shows 100% battery and the case works, but the ring itself won’t turn on despite troubleshooting.
On the plus side, the brushed gold finish is beautiful and the ring is lightweight and comfortable. Overall, I’m disappointed, especially given my past positive experiences.
