Small Ring, Big Results (with One Minor Drawback)

I purchased the QALO QRNT Slim Smart Ring for my husband, and even after just three days, he absolutely loves it. He’s been consistently tracking his activity, sleep, and overall health, and it’s already given him the motivation to start working out again. It’s pretty amazing what one small device can do to spark that kind of positive change.
The setup was simple, the app is easy to use, and the insights feel both helpful and encouraging without being overwhelming. It’s quickly become part of his daily routine.
The only downside is that even the slim version feels a little bulkier than expected, especially if you’re not used to wearing rings. That said, it’s something he’s already getting used to.
Overall, we’re really impressed so far and excited to see the long-term benefits.

Too small for many men.

I replaced a size 13 regular "fat" ring hoping for not so tight fit. All features were exactly the same, thought the new ring would have updated features. hoped bigger size I could move to index finger, which according to you is optimal, but still too tight. A 15 or 16 would fit a lot more men.

I really wanted to love the qalo qrnt

I really wanted to love the QALO QRNT ring and I love that it has a lower price point than some other smart ring brands and no subscription fees which is great!! But after less than 6 months of use the battery life now seems to be terrible and I’m charging it twice a day just to make sure I get continuous readings and it doesn’t die in the middle of the night. This could also be because it will say it’s at 0% and within only a few minutes charging will register that it is at 100%. Which doesn’t seem right to me. I also wish the app had some more user friendly / functionality aspects (which I do get that they are continuously updating it) Lastly I would say that I wish it had slightly more accurate tracking for sleep? There are times when I woke up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and it wouldn’t register on the ring that I had woken up.
It did the job it needed to do so far but I will most likely be upgrading to something else.

Just got my ring...

Just got my ring and loving it. It's incredibly light - I can barely tell it's there. The data QALO provides is exactly what I wanted and I love that I don't have to have a subscription. The only downfall is that it does scratch easily (from hard materials), but I think that's just expected. They do come with 2 ring covers so that is super helpful! For reference, I have decently slender fingers and wear a size 5 on my ring finger but bought the size 9 for my pointer finger and it fits well.

Can not recommend at all

It works great until it doesn’t….I was specifically looking for an affordable smart ring that tracks sleep, exercise, as well as looks nice. This met all of those needs for the first week or so. The ring never accurately has tracked my workouts, specifically my runs. The watch inaccurately tracks my sleep and thinks I’m waking up at 3am periodically, etc. The battery life is awful. I am now charging the ring twice a day to keep it from being totally dead. Do not recommend unless you only want it to work for a few weeks, and not keep accurate stats for workouts. Can’t recommend at all, highly disappointed! Oh! And it’s tarnished already

I like how slim it is-not bulky at all. Logging activity is simple. Step counting and sleep are fairly accurate. Will be recommending to friends.

Order MUCH larger/Scratches Easily

Definitely cannot just order one size up from your normal ring size. I’m a 5.75 and had to order a 9 just for it to fit. Also, when getting the gold- it scratches easily. I do love it and how light weight it is. I also love the app!

Charging case is malfunctioning

This is the 2nd one I have purchased since Christmas. The first one is malfunctioning- not charging. And I decided that maybe it rubbing against my wedding set might be part of that. So I ordered this one in a larger size to fit my index finger. And it charges BUT will not charge when the case is not connected to the charging cable like it's supposed to. Apparently QALO needs to get the "bugs" out of the QRNT Slim rings. If it was not for that, I would be happy with my purchase.
