I did A LOT of research research before purchasing a Vitamix. I use mine every day to make smoothies. I haven’t had any issues with it and I’ve had it for about two months. I have found that the tamper should be used when the mixture is very thick and it works best when you use it to push down at the four corners of the cup versus straight up and down. Based on its performance so far. I would purchase it again or recommend it to anyone.

Excellent product and I’ve used it for multiple food recipes. It’s great! It’s important to use the tamper tool with the VItamix to get the optimum chop or blend. Also it would be nice if it came with a smoothie blending cup for the price.
