Outstanding, very happy with the purchase and customer service. I believe this will last for a very long time, and the long warranty is big bonus. I've made loads of smoothies that come out smooth and the ingredients come out completely incorporated. I'm excited to use it for other recipes, including making ice cream, soup, nut butters, etc. I chose the 5200 because of the simplicity of the controls and the power.
