We bought the Vitamix about 3 years ago. The container started leaking from the bottom after 2 years. When I called Vitamix, I was told to stop using the blender, throw out the container and was immediately shipped a new container at no charge, not even shipping, no questions asked! We have a second home and didn't want to spend the $$$ on a Vitamix, so bought a Ninja. We are donating the Ninja to Goodwill and buying a second Vitamix!

Received one 4 years ago as a wedding gift. Bought the dry grain blender last month. It fits the 5200 and also works great - saved me hours of grinding using a coffee grinder. Definitely worth the money!

I've had the 5200 for 2 months now. It is extremely high quality and far exceeds the capabilities of any blender I have ever owned. I make smoothies for my family and I every single day.
