Our original 5200 was ~30 years old when it finally gave up the ghost. The new replacement is exactly the same; well built, powerful, and useful. We were so happy that Vitamix still makes this wonderful product and expect to get another 30 years out of it.
Pros: Texture Quality, Durability, Versatility, Power

My kitchen super star!

My Vitamix Super 5200 model vm0103 is still a star at almost 15 years old. Always reliable. Never any broken parts. I've used it mainly for smoothies and sauces but have also made soups. It is amazing. I love to drink my breakfast so every morning I have a smoothie. A breeze to clean. The 64 oz container that I use is still in great shape after all these years.

Powerful blender and not too noisy. I've been using it for several months now and there's still slightly burning smell when I turn it on.
Pros: Easy to use, Power

10 years of daily use, still works great. Blades are still sharp in the 64 oz & 32oz containers, and the motor still strong & humming gently. Best blender ever!

I love my new 5200. I had a working blender, but my kitchen projects have become more sophisticated and I had read great reviews. They were spot on. The speed and vortex are crazy, operating it is easy.
Pros: Texture Quality, Easy to use, Power

This vitamix has been invaluable! I would love it no matter what, but I have been diagnosed with Crohn's disease. I have to be very careful with foods. Smoothies and soups are my life! Thank you!
