Just love it

We bought our Vitamix a few month ago and really love it. The first thing that we made was a fruit smoothie and it turned out great and was really easy. We also made the broccoli cheese soup and it was Fantastic and really easy. We use this more and more all the time.

I bought the Vitamix 5200 10 years ago. Still works and blend foods, fruits, vegetables. My son has bought me other blenders, but nothing like the Vitamix. Truly love it will never switch. Plus, you can blend hot or cold foods.

I purchased my Vitamix about a month ago and I could not be happier with it! I've been wanting this machine for years but always decided to hold off because of the cost. Well, I finally saved up my pennies and now I'm absolutely in smoothie heaven!
I haven't eaten this much dark leafy vegetables in my entire life, and I feel great! It's true that the first recipe you make tends to be your stand by, so I suggest the Vitamix's Going Green smoothie. This blender makes it so that I have a very tasty, drinkable smoothie without all the green chunks of produce matter floating around!
I've also made soup, cashew cheese and 'nice-cream' (banana ice cream).
This is a great model blender. It's too tall to fit under my cabinets, but it's the perfect size for a family with two adults and one child. I just set the blender next to the base. Also...the biggest selling point for me is IT IS SO EASY TO CLEAN.
Clean up takes me only an extra 30 seconds. THIRTY SECONDS. I am constantly using this device now because I know it won't take too long to clean up after I'm done.
If you're wanting the best blender you've ever owned, get one of these.

Great machine - but also great customer service...

We had had our old Vitamix for probably 10 years. Just this year, it stopped working so we sent it in to get fixed. Instead of just repairing it, they sent us an entirely new machine, the Vitamix 5200. The product is powerful, with many different choices for the power you want to use (variable 1-10, high 1-10); we use it to make anything from salsa to "ice cream" using frozen fruit. The new design for the rubber top makes it easy to pop on and off.
