[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While not overly obsessed with conspiracy theories; I find it hard to believe that my need to replace the printhead and cartridge set just after a problematic update from Windows 10 a bit suspect. Considering the cost of this item at about 25% of the original purchase price and printer just over a year old, the need is disappointing. HP has FAQ's addressing the update but if your into FAQ quagmires, Godspeed. I attempted updates to firmware and assoc. software to no avail. The product works now, however, my thought is that I should have not needed it in the first place.
