I am not at all tech savvy. The printhead arrived with clear printed instructions, and the instructions on the screen of my T120 were most helpful. This simplicity of use is why I have been a dedicated hp user for over 25 years.
Fixed the Problem don't waste your time on cheapy parts like I did. They didn't fix the problem wasted weeks waiting for junk. Just buy the new part get it over with.
My machine rejected the fist replacement with the announcement that a new Ink cartrage was leaking..made a call to HP Tech..very knowledgeable, but couldn't get it running. I was promised a new Printhead and surprisingly, it arrived within 24 hours. (!) Installed and I am up and running.. Thanks
