The instructions were not real clear (universal pictures - almost no text), but after a few minutes it all worked out. The important thing is that the printer seems to work like new again.

The print head did not make any difference in the slack quality of the T110 printer. if you are looking for a better roller printer do not but this mistake of a printer creation. Too many problems to list for this HP mistake.

Sorry I had to buy a new print head, but the new one works great so far. Original print head lasted about 7 years of moderate use. I have a feeling it had a predetermined expiration.
