Great product!

Today's 4 inches of snow was my first shoveling with the SnowJoe spring assisted second handle. I love it. I've got 300+ feet of sidewalk and two driveways and over 100 feet of the sidewalk gets snow from the street plowed onto it = heavy icy snow / slush. It went well with less strain on my back and much easier to maneuver.
Attaching the handle to the 20" wide shovel was a little difficult = very tight fitting coupler, and rough to get inserted but should make for wobble-free use over time. My other shovel is a heavy steel blade so it cuts down to the concrete better than the light weight poly material of the SnowJoe.
Two Customer service people I talked were extremely courteous and the last one went far beyond anything I expected = top notch company representatives.

Best snow shovel

Own this, used it this week to shovel, and still love at age 70. It looks odd but the second handle really works to empty the shovel with less stress on the back and neck. Since I suffer from back and neck issues, I really appreciate having this.

I love shoveling again!

Snow shoveling got to be a pain... literally! My back and shoulders would kill met after just a few minutes of shoveling. With this shovel that I bought last year, I actually live shoveling again! There’s no back pain or shoulder discomfort when using this. I can throw the score farther and enjoy memories and day dreaming and just plain enjoying the beauty of freshly fallen snow as I clean my driveway and decks. Thank you, Snow Joe!

Great shovel, but a bit small for taller people.

This appears to be a great shovel. The functionality was better than I expected. However, I'm 6'3" and the handles are too short for me. I want to be able to stand up straight but I have to hunch over just a little bit and that creates some awkwardness. Making the handles a little longer for a taller guy would be a great improvement. Also, I'd like to have the blade a few inches wider too. 25" would be perfect and get that 5th star.

Handle is too short

I’m 5’9 and found the handle to be too short. I still bend over some and not good for pushing snow. Also the shovel leaves a lot of snow an ice.

Came with missing parts

Received the SJ-SHLV01 shovel missing the bolt and the clamp that connect the top two sections of the shovel. I have since called multiple times for them to send me the missing pieces and a month later, I have yet to receive them. Even just tried to order the parts online but they're out of stock. This is no way to run a business.
