WEARS OUT AFTER USE

LIKE THE WAY IT SHOVELS - ONLY ISSUE I HAVE IS THAT THE SNOW SHOVEL ATTATCHMENT { BLADE } GETS WORN OUT - THE METAL PIECE GOES FIRST AND THE THE PLASTIC STARTS GETTING EATEN AWAY - AND YOU DO NOT SELL REPLACEMENTS - I DO NOT NEED A WHOLE SHOVEL - JUST THE ATTATCHMENT { BLADE } THE ATTACHMENT IS HELD ON W/ A RIVET - THIS COULD EASILY BE CHANGED TO A SCREW OR BOLT
THINK ABOUT SELLING THE ATTACHMENT - AM SURE YOU COULD SELL QUITE A FEW

Great ergos BUT Spring handle fatigues & breaks

Shovel works great until the spring handle fatigues and breaks off a year or two (a dozen snowy days) later, with no replacement spring-strap included nor available on the website.

After finally getting snow, i realized after shoveling that my back wasn't hurting . easy to use, great design. My other shovel always tweaked my back . I'm 100 % satisfied with my purchase and would recommend his shovel to everyone.

Came with missing parts

Received the SJ-SHLV01 shovel missing the bolt and the clamp that connect the top two sections of the shovel. I have since called multiple times for them to send me the missing pieces and a month later, I have yet to receive them. Even just tried to order the parts online but they're out of stock. This is no way to run a business.

EDGE BLADE CAME OFF FIRST TIME I USED IT

I THOUGHT THIS SHOVEL WAS WELL DESIGNED WHRN I BOUGHT IT. UNFORTUNATLY THE DESIGN AND DURABILITY OF THE METAL EDGE BLADE DID NOT HOLD UP AFTER ONE HOUR OF SHOVELING. IT CAME OFF AND IS BURRIED IN A BIG SNOW PILE AROUND MY DRIVEWAY. VERY DISSAPOINTED.WHAT IS EQUALY DISSAPOINTING IS THE FACT THAT I TRIED TO CALL THEM AND WAS ON HOLD FOR 45 MINUTES BEFORE I HUNG UP AND DID NOT SPEAK TO A REPRESENTATIVE.

Just used for the first time. Shoveled over 100' of of wet snow 10" deep in record time with less than half the normal effort! I am 68 yr old in NW Iowa & this made a difficult chore a breeze!
Pros: Great Value, Easy To Use, Accurate Performance, Lightweight, Easy to assemble
I would recommend this to a friend!

New design on an old product

It does what it says it should do. Being over 6'2" I found the handle to be a little too short and could feel a strain in my upper back and shoulders. To resolve this problem I would extend the length of the handle and add a few more notches for adjustment.

Handle is too short

I’m 5’9 and found the handle to be too short. I still bend over some and not good for pushing snow. Also the shovel leaves a lot of snow an ice.
