I have a garage full of 80v greenworks tools, all have worked well at first. My string trimmer gets little use and still works fine, except that loading string is now almost impossible. All the markings molded into the bump cap are completely ground away so it's no longer possible to line up the string to load. Spare parts are evidently not available, so what could be a perfectly good tool is now just garbage. My 21" lawnmower still works but the self powered feature stopped working last year and the local shop had it in que for repairs for months. I finally had to take it back without being fixed to mow my verry long grass. Two of my three batteries failed without warning, as did one my chargers. As said my initial experience with greenworks was good, but if all the products just go to landfill after 5 or 6 years, it's from ideal.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Quiet
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
