No gas, no hassle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this to replace several low voltage cheap trimmers and a 40cc gas trimmer. The cost of buying gas and oil and spark plugs and air filters plus the inconsistent performance of the gas trimmer combined with the ease of use of the lower voltage cordless string. Trimmers pushed me to try one of these 80 V electric trimmers. I sold all of my other ones and love this green works trimmer. Since then I have purchased a green works blower and now a chainsaw. I’m hoping their battery form factor does not change. I had purchased a blower and another chainsaw from a different manufacturer with a very good reputation. Found that they changed their battery form factor shortly after I purchased. Now they no longer support the old battery.

No more struggles to start

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this string trimmer a couple months ago and it is so nice not to have to struggle to try to start a tool. It is heavier but with the shoulder strap it makes it much easier to handle. The battery almost out lasted me. 🤣🤣 The only drawback is I couldn’t cut as close to the ground as I wanted to but it’s good enough.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Awesome Trimmer with great battery, well balanced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Switched over to this electric from gas, what a wonderful experience this was. The weight is much less even with the 4.0 battery because of the well-balanced trimmer. I have an acer of land with 60 trees that have to be trimmed around, also edged around the driveway and walks, the guard is well designed, so you don't get all the flying debris on you. Only took half of the battery to complete. Only had to tap once to extend the string, this is a very excellent trimmer and highly recommend it to anyone. Looking forward to buying other accessories for this trimmer. Think's Greenworks for such an outstanding trimmer.

Good Trimmer

It's a bit heavy but it works very well. Easy to use and well balanced with the battery. I would give it 5 stars but the strap broke the third time I used it.

Battery issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought lawn mower on Nov 2024. At this time, I can lawn my yard with 1 charge. After 7 months use twice a month, in order to finish my yard, it needs 3 charges! The lawn mower drains out off battery about 10-15 mins. I wonder if I can request for battery replacement on this situation?
