I have used this exactly 2 times and it no longer works. The button that you push to release the battery is broken and the battery is stuck inside of it. During the last trim and some of this one I had to keep the trigger engaged because the safety lock is catching and won't push in intermittently. I am so glad this happened before I bought the pole saw, leaf blower, and snow blower that I was going to purchase. I will call them when I don't work to see if they will replace this lemon of a model but I think it is just really poorly made based on my 2 uses and others reviews. My previous corded trimmer from another brand was built way better and less than half the price.
Pros: Environmentally Safe
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This renewed 80V brushless trimmer exceeded my expectations. It feels solid, starts instantly, and has plenty of power to cut through thick grass and weeds. The 17" cutting width makes the job go much faster, and the brushless motor runs smoothly with less vibration.
The included 2.0Ah battery is enough for medium jobs, and I can always swap with my other 80V batteries for longer sessions. Aside from a couple of light scuffs, it looks almost new. For the price, this is a great value compared to buying brand new.
