I have been putting off purchasing an edger for years. I can’t believe I waited so long. It was so easy to use. I love being able to start and stop the tool verses a gas powered engine.

Bought this 60V 5ah battery as a backup to my 4ah for my push mower. The 5ah has a little more runtime. I can mow about a1/2 acre and have 2 bars left. So far the batteries have been great.

I have 3 of these batteries now! It works well for about an hour max, if the grass isn't too tall or thick or wet. Otherwise, it might be 45 minutes or so. It charges on my single charger in about the same time...45 minutes or so. It certainly makes more sense, so that I don't have to deal with gas cans!

I have a greenworks mower and edger.This battery seems pretty good but the 2.0 previous battery died quicker than the extended run for the mower which is a year older.

We are sorry to hear about the experience you have encountered with this battery. The overall battery life is dependent on many factors such as where they have been stored, charged, and handled. When the battery will not be in use, we suggest storing it indoors, in a cool dry area - away from direct sunlight. Leave the charger unplugged and the battery disconnected from the charger unless it needs charging. It is recommended to store the battery with a full charge, and if it is being stored for a period where no use is expected, to check on the charge every couple of months. If you notice the charge has dropped, we advise charging the battery back up to full before returning it to its safe storage place. Following these steps will ensure you receive the most of the battery life. Please know that our batteries are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as stated in the owner’s manual period from the date of purchase.
