I received the product broken in the shipment and they were wet. I opened a ticket with support but no one gets back to me.

I found the 5ah that came with the mower fairly lackluster. Figured I’d get a second since the mower is awesome and has duel battery ports. While the wait for another 5ah was getting long and frustrating it was an awesome surprise to see the 6ah finally come out instead. Got it and have been blown away with the difference. What used to take THREE full charges on the 5ah, I was was able to accomplish with 3/4 of the single 6ah. Soooooo much better!

So this rating isn’t exactly on the battery I just ordered. I purchased the blower and weed eater one year ago and the battery that came with it already went bad. I have ordered two more to have for each of my items. However I have written to request assistance and information on the one that went bad because it should have been under warranty and this also happened to someone else I know. Makes me Leary of purchasing your products in the future.

I have a 5Ah battery that came with my lawn mower and almost left green works because of that... This X-Range 60v 8Ah was a life saver, I went from having to recharge 4 times to finish my yard to just one charge.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nothing but problems

I have bought two 60 volts and two different charges to troubleshoot what is wrong. Good luck with getting anyone to contact you after contacting their customer support. Right now, I'm on hold, 9 calls in front of me at the beginning and now I'm number, 9 after being on hold for 16 minutes.
