Zero turn mower claimed one of the 6 batteries was dead and would not recharge. Purchased this pricey replacement. But the "dead" battery in the mower then charged after a few days of no use. Never installed this new one.

No guide

This tool doesn’t have a guide. So it’s difficult to go straight. My old edger had a guide to help go straight. I assumed all edgers would have a guide since my old one was pretty old.

Not for Walk Behind Mowers

I was so close to buying this because it has pictures of it with the lawn mower. After reading the finer details that were buried, it says not compatible with walk behind lawn mowers (and other tools). That's really deceptive.

Did entry level engineers design this???

Why would you put the motor next to the blade. This design hinders the blade as the motor is consistently riding on the sidewalk. Adjusting the guide wheel offers no benefit. Cannot recommend this product. P.S. The 17" trimmer is NOT MUCH BETTER.

Greenworks pressure washer GPW3000 is by far my first choice in pressure washers (including the noisy gas options). It's ease of operation, maintenance free, low noise makes it the five star winner.

Don't do it

I bought this hoping it would be easier on my shoulder than using my string trimmer for edging, but found it too heavy, hard to adjust, and just plain hard to use. I gave it a few tries to see if there was just a learning curve, but no dice and now I am just out of the 30-day warranty, which is frankly stingy. Don't waste your money. Your string trimmer is fine.

Pleasantly surprised

Charges quickly (50 mins) and mows my complete (1/5 acre bermuda cut close) yard in less than a charge. Wet grass takes it down to zero, and leaves it warm in the red zone, but normally, no issues. My mower holds 2 batteries but I've never needed more than one.
