The warranty is as advertised. I bought this extra battery and send in for a warranty fir one that was about 2 years old. I described the issue and exchanged a text with one of the Greenworks warranty specialist and received a replacement battery within 5 days. Amazing with today’s normal back order and delivery issues. These tools are dependable and perform as advertised. I have a blower and chain saw., outstanding performance. These are the first battery tools that I have owned which are quality products

I have yet to use the snow thrower or battery in the snow. However in performing a dry run in preparations for the upcoming winter months I did run it and like the feel and light weight of the unit.

I decided to start my own lawn service. Best decision was to go with the biggest battery possible. Am able to run them more than an hour on the lawnmower and go with one each on the weedeater and blower for over an hour so far. In fact I bought 5 batteries.
