I had bought one of these trimmer a month ago but the battery release lever broke off, well I called customer service & after a few questions I was able to get a replacement. I works awesome I love it very practical and light weight, very powerful also.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Powerful tool however the bump feeder for the line broke the first day i had it. Greenworks did send me a new one for no charge
